Worked fine for a bit more than a month. Then suddenly in the last cooking, it burned everything (rice, and the inside). Cleaned everything and tried 2 more times. Same problem- burns the rice that it is not eatable. Based on other reviews I have read, there is NO customer service. So this one is going to the junk yard and so did my money on this peice of junk. DO NOT BUY this crap.

this is the worst rice cooker you can possibly buy. i bought mine for just sligtly over a year and the whole lid is cracked and collapsed in. this began with a lot of small cracks around the lid area. I contacted both the manufacturer and the online retailer (unbeatablesale.com) but I was totally ignored. Don't buy from these liars. they won,t stand behind what they made and sell, at all

The Oyama CFS-B18U All Stainless Rice Cooker is a great product. I have had mine now for almost two months. I am over the discovery phase, as far as judging the right water/rice/ingredients ratio but have been enjoying pretty good outcome consistently.

The way I use it is very simple. I wash the rice in a separate bowl, rub a drop of olive oil over the insert portion (to avoid sticking), add washed rice, salt, seasonings of my choice, add water to just barely cover the rice, lightly stir to blend ingredients, cover, plug in, and slide control to cook. When the rice is done I leave it alone for an additional 5-10 minutes before opening the cover.

I like my rice grainy but if I wanted it sticky I would just add a little more water. I have not tried brown rice yet though.

When I decided to purchase a rice cooker I looked at many comparable brands and models but kept coming back to this one at Amazon for the stainless steel interior components, quality and overall clean design, and such.

I have received lots of compliments from my family and guests regarding the rice and stuff I steam in this cooker.

I am very satisfied with the cooker's look, quality, simplicity of operation, and ease for cleanup. I would buy it as a gift and highly recommend it.

I saw this and just had to have it. I love the color and the cutting board is of good quality. The blades are super sharp, so beware. After using the Froggy, I found I prefer cutting herbs and ect with a good chef knife. It is easier to control where the blade is going. I'm thinking of getting a traditional Mezzaluna with only one blade instead. It would be nice if this came with something to store the blades in. The plastic covers that it came with are easily cut through, and don't last. By storing it in a drawer, with no covers, the blades are sure to get dull quickly.

Firstly, I'm not sure what to say about the product needing clearer labeling because it was used as lip gloss. If you can read labels, it's pretty clear that this is a jewelry cleaner (also, it is in the same type of packaging as the other products the company makes). I heard about this product from an ad on the knot. I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw how quickly my platinum solitaire 0.5 ct IF asscher cut diamond was restored back to its brilliance after cleaning it for 30 seconds! There are many options out there to clean your ring that could loosen the diamond in your ring.... use this becaus it's cheap and effective and from a reputable brand.

I recently bought this on sale (very good price I might add) and am going to be sending in for the rebate. For what I paid it is a great little product. It's nice to stick in your purse or bag and you have everything at your fingertips - voice recorder, camera, video and music.

Drawbacks:
1 - It only plays MP3 files (it comes with software which you must use, but it is easy).
2 - When playing music if you accidentally nudge the little orange button (used for making menu choices etc) it will go back to the start of the song - very annoying. I am going to try putting a piece of tape over it if I will be listening for awhile and if it will be in my purse or pocket at the time.
3 - Only comes with an 8 MB card! It hardly holds anything! You WILL want to buy another card if you are going to use it much at all so factor the cost of a 128 or 264MB card into your budget.

For everything together it is great. Obviously it is not as good as a normal digital camera, but I am not going to carry my camera with me. With this in my purse if I see a picture I can't resist or (God forbid) I get in a fender bender I will have it right there to snap a few shots.

It's a nice little splurge to have fun with at the right price.

I got this for my birthday a while ago, and is my first of a couple of digital cameras that i like to use regularly. most other cameras only take aroung 8 to 15 mins of video with a high memory card but this one takes alot more. with a 512 mg SD card you can take over 1 hour of video and hundreds of pictures on high resolution. the "mp3 player" is a little low rate but its ok. and i never really used the voice recorder, but when i did test it it sounded ok except for a low static sound in the backround. if you do get it i suggest getting an extra battery, and at least a 256 mg card. Most of the problems that occur can be fixed with the manual, and if you have a dot on your screen that doesnt change its alright because it wont come out in the picture. 2 megapixels is a little on the grainy side, but you can print regular sized pictures without any of the grainy effect. Overall it is a very handy and useful camera for everyday use and catching those spur of the moment things.

I have never had a bad experience with Filters-NOW, they have always delivered the item I requested on time and never with any hidden fees. I'm impressed with the array of filters they have available, especially the carbon vent filters, since those can be hard to find elsewhere.

I bought this carbon filter for my home's air conditioning intake vent, and it works quite well. It was easy peasy changing my old one out for this one, and the fit was as good as the previous filter (which was a 3M).

The carbon filter does a good job filtering out funky odors. For my purposes, it's not a preventative - if your roomie sprays that air freshener you hate, you're still gonna catch a whiff - but it removes the scent fairly quickly (10 minutes later, barely a trace of the offending odor. For my money, that's pretty quick and pretty thorough).

I'm impressed enough with the vendor that I'll definitely buy from them again. I'm pleased enough with the filter that I'd consider purchasing it again, unless I come across something that sounds even better.

I really want to love these filters. We have two cats. Two cases of severe seasonal allergies. And an aversion to anything that doesn't smell like Roses. We have five filters installed at once. Can we tell the difference...don't know. Our noses get used to smells quickly. There is no denying they filter well, but I can't tell you they will completely freshen up your home. We are going back to a similar filter without activated-charcoal. If we can then tell the difference, then I will update this post with a higher rating. If we can't...the review will remain the same.

A side note...Customer Service from FiltersNow through Amazon was spectacular!

This is an okay product. I previously had the white version that had a hook instead of a bar between the two pieces. I noticed another reviewer was disappointed in that product however, I liked it better. The top was mmore sturdy. With this one I can not get the caps to fit down evenly so the whole thing is a bit lopsided. It works, just not as easily and as well as my old one. This one also has the connections on the long pieces that are somwehat loose. My old one was one piece on the long legs and the short connectors were tight. The hook was easily to manipulate than the bar on this one.

I have a hard time finding these type of racks, but I like to use them, so I thought I would try this one. I will use it, but I do not love it.

I do not like that the fold in things are on the bottom. They are too low. It does not fold as flat as I would like. It is also not as stable as I would like. I will not be purchasing another one of these.

I wouldn't be without a Tupperware canister set in any home I live. I recently bought a new condo in another state and that was the item at the top of my list for a needed purchase for the kitchen. They are easy to take care of, they keep sugar flowing, flour,coffee and tea bags fresh for a long time because of the solid seals. The colors are attractive and if you choose to change to another color, the original will hold a variety of other items. I hope Tupperware never discontinues making them.

Good set of basic Tupperware canisters. Lids snap on positively to keep out moisture and prevent contents from spilling if they get tipped over. They also have a little side view window (somewhat opaque) to help you see if the contents are getting low without opening. They are plastic and my previous set eventually got brittle and the tops started to split open after 10 years - but hey for the price I can't really complain.

I bought this monitor several months ago to go with a new PC of mine. I play video games all of the time and they are typically RPG's, MMO's, FPS and some Simulations. I originally considered going with a 27 inch monitor but I was just nervous with how close I was going to be sitting. I started to do research and it came down to this or the Alien-Ware 3d monitor and I spent weeks looking through everything before I decided to get this one. I was ready for when it was received and I had the color settings and everything ready to go.

I was not able to get this one through Amazon as they did not have any available when I was going to order it. I got it out of the box and it was a nice and sturdy feeling monitor. It was very well protected and I felt like a kid on Christmas. I got this before I received my PC and it was hard to look at this beautiful monitor and not be able to use it. Once I received my PC I set this monitor up using the included dual link DVI cable and plugged it in to my new PC. My PC Specs are:

EVGA GTX580 SC video card, i5 3.3GHz Processor, 8GB Gskill Ripjaw RAM, 1.5TB HD, Asus P8P67 Pro motherboard (those are the basics)

I went in to the monitor and set up the color settings recommended:

Brightness: 18
Contrast: 80
Trace Free: 60
RGB: Custom
* R: 98
* G: 89
* B: 90

The color is absolutely stunning and I have not had a monitor before that looked this great. For those thinking it is expensive for a 23" monitor the reason is because the refresh rate is 120Hz which enables the viewable FPS to 120 so make sure you have a video card that can handle it. 120Hz is great to use with FPS and I noticed a big difference in Battlefield Bad Company 2. It also helps with Rift which is the MMO I am currently playing and everything looks beautiful. I have not been able to test out the 3d yet as I am waiting for the 3d glasses to come down. I am hoping to test them out soon.

Let me preface by saying I do not and will not EVER use this monitor for 3D. I am not into that--it gives me headaches and causes sensory overload.

I bought this monitor to receive a more "fluid" experience navigating Windows and playing FPS's (mainly bought it for BF3 release). Let me tell you...you WILL notice a difference between 60Hz and 120Hz. The people who claim, "The human eye can't keep up with a higher refresh rate than 60Hz" are pulling your leg. Since I'm running GTX 570 SLI, I was running into my monitor capping framerates at 60 FPS. Now, when I play games like Team Fortress 2, I get 120 FPS due to this monitor running at 120Hz and man...I'm invincible!

Your reflexes and handling of the computer--whether it be on the desktop or in games--will be much more fluid and you will NEVER go back to 60Hz again.

I switched from a brand new 34" Viewsonic 60Hz LED, and I thought I'd miss the colors and vivid images; however, this monitor outperforms it in every way. The colors are brighter, images more crisp. I don't even think of going from LED to LCD as a drawback now that I've spent some time with this baby.

Note: I know quality control seems to be an issue with this product, but my monitor came with no stuck pixels, random lines, or flashes/glitches. If yours does, simply use Amazon's excellent customer service and get a replacement--don't "deal with it" like some of the other reviewers have when you don't have to suffer!

This has to be one of the best monitors I've seen. Running games at 120Hz is such a huge difference than traditional 60Hz. Screen is very bright, I had to adjust the settings and also turn on the dynamic contrast ratio in the OSD. There's a little bit of manual configuration you have to do but its not hard to figure out.

Hope the 3D kit price comes down some more so I can check out that feature of this monitor!

If you're looking for a new monitor, this is one you should strongly consider

I purchased this grater after being fed up with a cheap grater that seemed to have more plastic than metal. I normally grate parmigiano reggiano for pasta and this grater fills the role nicely.

The handle allows for different methods of holding the grater which helps vary up the repetitive motion of grating. The build quality is sturdy and the metal doesn't flex under the pressure needed to grate hard cheese. I appreciate the sharpness of the cutting surface as it allows you to grate more cheese with less effort than cheap graters. The whole device cleans up relatively easily under running water (of course this depends on what you grate)

My only nit-pick is that the protective cover is difficult to slide on and off the cutting surface and as such creates a safety hazard if you're not careful.

I agree that this is not very coarse. I find it perfect for parmesan cheese, which is my main use for it. It cuts through hard cheese very well, orders of magnitude better than my old box grater, and my old parmesan cheese grater (with the grater wheel and clamp handle). I don't have much to add, except to say that I dropped a star because the grater has rusted right at top edge of the handle, where the handle meets the grater shaft. This isn't a big deal functionally, but I expect an expensive stainless grater not to rust!

This blowdryer only has two speed settings and two heat settings. The cold is definitely cold, which is the most notable attribute. However, the hot isn't really hot, and it certainly doesn't blow as hard as I had expected it too. It works, and gets my hair dry, but nothing spectacular to note about this dryer. It is certainly not worth the $90 I spent. It is, however, very heavy, so at least I'm getting a bit of a workout while I dry.

I spent $84 but Amazon has it for $79.99 with S&H.
My hair dresser told me years ago to buy a quality dryer, I'm 45, I wish I listened to her. Worth the money.

I purchased a Pottery Barn Kids dresser and a separate PBK changing table in antique white (not a fan of white-white furniture and don't like wood stains for a girl's room, so PBK's antique white, which is basically cream, was a perfect choice for me), but didn't think I needed the expensive matching crib. This was the perfect alternative. Stylish, reasonably priced, and the color is same cream color as PBK's antique white.

This crib is fine, except....

1st, it arrived damaged. That meant we had to go directly to DaVinci to get a replacement head board. When that headboard arrived 12 days later, it too was damaged, but not as badly as the first, so we just dealt with it. Nevertheless, I feel like we've been duped into having a product that is not "new" quality. This bothers me immensely. If I wouldn't have gotten the crib with a mattress included in the price, and it wasn't so difficult to return such a cumbersome item, I would have returned the whole thing.

2nd, I'm just glad I bought the crib several months before my baby was due, otherwise I might have been stuck without a crib. This crib also took my husband about three hours to put together.

A 3rd issue that you can't see in the photos is that all of the screws are visible on almost every corner of the crib, making this look like something from Ikea.

Conclusion: I'd stay clear.
