I use this pan almost exclusively whenever I need a fry pan. Though at first food stuck to the bottom of the pan, that has ended and it cooks things quickly and cleanly. And it's a dream to wash. Terrific pan.

Even after the first use, there was discoloration and oil had burned to the bottom of the pan. Not even having been used at a high temperature at all. I could possibly be a little naive with cooking and cookware, but I do know that I was very unhappy with this purchase.

I guess I'm spoiled with the non stick pans even though they chip and need to be replaced every few years. After reading the reviews for this pan I thought I might have found an alternative to non stick. This pan is very sturdy and well built however after several weeks of use cooking at various temperatures I find that food sticks and the pan very difficult to clean. I tried the no-stick sprays and coating the pan with vegetable oil and I still can't fry an egg without half of it remaining glued to the bottom of the pan. Very disappointed!
